Owling at the Moon (my first original painting)

This is my very first original painting!

I used a cheap canvas just in case I screwed up, but I like to think I didn't! Acrylics were all I had on hand, so that's what I used. The painting was lightly sketched before painted over.

I'm proud of this, as I was growing tired of the "paint by numbers" style that pixel painting was giving me. Plus, I have a new owl obsession, so cramped creativity plus owls = this
